Dr Shabnam NickKholgh is a Consultant Psychiatrist specialising in eating and mood disorders, providing compassionate, individualised care for adults aged 18–65 with a range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, psychosis, OCD, and PTSD, with access to inpatient and day programs through The Melbourne Clinic.
Dr. Shabnam NickKholgh is a compassionate and highly skilled consultant psychiatrist with a particular interest in eating disorders and mood disorders. She is a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatry and completed her psychiatry training at Monash Health, followed by specialized training in eating disorders at both Monash Health and The Melbourne Clinic. Her approach combines clinical expertise with agenuine commitment to helping individuals achieve recovery and improvedwellbeing.
Dr. NickKholgh is now affiliating with The Melbourne Clinic, where she can facilitate referrals for inpatient admissions and day programs, ensuring patients receive comprehensive, tailored care within a supportive therapeutic environment.
She sees people aged 18 - 65 years of age.
