Registered Psychologist
Jacqueline is a psychologist who works with people aged 6 and above to reduce feelings of dissatisfaction, distress, anxiety, and depression, while supporting them to build resilience, improve self-esteem, and live more fulfilling lives.
Jacqueline draws on evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support individuals and families with a wide range of concerns, including performance and social anxiety, general anxiety, depression, attachment issues, interpersonal challenges, neurodiverse conditions, adjustment to health or life changes, grief and loss, personal growth, recovery from trauma, and self-destructive behaviours. She also uses psychometric assessments and therapeutic tools to identify underlying difficulties, unhelpful patterns, and core beliefs that may be limiting her clients’ potential.
Her therapeutic approach incorporates Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Mindfulness practices, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Jacqueline works in a non-judgmental, collaborative, and tailored way, helping clients build balance, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.
